My name is Coy. As this black and white photo subtilely suggests, I am a well-dressed and classy guy.

I'm good at meetings and talking with my hands.
Even being near pointy plants cannot stifle my polished communication skills.
If you want something more quantitative, I'm an ENTJ on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
I am comfortable speaking in front of large crowds while wearing a suit and tie.
I'm also adept at standing behind podiums and reading teleprompters when necessary.
Although I am an extrovert by nature, I am capable of working alone, staying on task and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight or input.
I also often spread various work items across a large desk to maximize my efficiency.
Finally, I have been know to call hammock meetings as well as constantly look for new and better ways forward.
"Because we always have" is my LEAST favorite phrase.
I'm constantly looking for the "better way" the "best way" and never just the "easy way".
In the end, I truly love working with and equipping people and teams to reach their potential. People are what energize me, people are what get me out of bed each morning ready to make the world a better place.
